Job Role Global Procurement -Strategic Sourcing - TechExperience (In Years) 3-6Job Description As a Sourcing Consultant, you will be a key member of our SGU_F&A Ops_FRAC Consulting team, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering exceptional results for our insurance clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our clients' operations and transforming their businesses.Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and industry trends to identify strategic sourcing opportunities.Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including market research and supplier identification.Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor sourcing solutions accordingly.Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing initiatives with overall business objectives.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement processes.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in strategic sourcing.Provide regular progress reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in the insurance industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software tools.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.A proactive and collaborative approach to team work.The posted base salary range is the hiring base salary range for this role.
