Opportunity Sourcing Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.Once approved, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts:Source and surface proprietary or off-market investment opportunitiesPerform high-level screening and opportunity qualificationIntroduce vetted opportunities to Initio Sphere's investor and sponsor networkCoordinate initial introductions and information flowEarn transaction-based compensation for opportunities that result in closed dealsBuild a verified Sourcing & Deal Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystemThis role is ideal for professionals with early access to transactions who can combine relationship-driven sourcing with investment judgment .What You'll Do (Approval-Based) Approved Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may:Opportunity Sourcing & Screening Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunitiesSurface early-stage transactions, capital needs, or special situationsConduct high-level screening for investment fit and sponsor credibilityProvide concise opportunity summaries (asset, structure, size, thesis, timing)Deal Introduction & Coordination Introduce qualified opportunities to Initio Sphere's investor and sponsor networkCoordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partnersSupport early-stage diligence handoff to analysts and advisorsMaintain sourcing discipline and quality standardsOpportunity Sourcing Analysts do not perform underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.Eligible Opportunity Types Based on approval and background, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may submit opportunities across:Private equity and growth equity investmentsOperating businesses and special situationsStructured, distressed, or opportunistic transactionsOpportunity categories are approved based on sourcing credibility, access, and demonstrated judgment.Compensation & Economics Opportunity Sourcing Analysts earn success-based compensation onlyTypical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transactionPerformance bonuses may apply for repeat quality and strategic valueCompensation is paid upon successful deal close and fee collectionEconomics vary by deal size, structure, and sourcing roleNo caps on earnings for consistently high-quality opportunity flowHow Opportunity Sourcing Analysts Get Activated Submit an Opportunity Sourcing Analyst application and background detailsComplete verification and opportunity-category approvalGet activated within the Initio Sphere platformBegin submitting qualified opportunities through curated channelsThere is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching.
