What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance.
Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors, and with our team of other awesome Inflowees. You will be supporting the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Defense (DOD).
What will I be doing? Using your expertise as a Program Analyst, you will be providing support by defining, documenting, and recommending changes in line with best practices to improve processes, planning and implementation. You will also be assisting with the IT organizational changes that require additional mapping and processes. In addition, you will:
- Assist with creating, reviewing, editing, and updating SOPs, communication plans, control plans, project documents, charters, instructions, or other documents
- Map assigned business processes, validate and update existing business process maps
- Provide mapping support for additional component and organizational realignments
- Provide root cause analysis of process issues
- Assist in all CPI project phases as assigned
- Provide information, research, and recommendations
- Assist in establishing Corrective Action Request (CAR) processes
- Assist with creation of implementation schedule and strategy of potential improvements
- Support projects and assist in tracking their progress
- Attend project and stakeholder meetings
- Assist with the development and creation of electronic libraries and indexing structures
- Facilitate process improvement workshops
- Provide support to accomplish After Action Review (AAR) sessions aimed at documenting lessons learned
- Design and maintain database and SharePoint pages to support approved process improvements
- Assist with strategic and tactical planning support
- Other duties as assigned
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of experience in planning and process improvement, business process re-engineering, logistics, supply chain, or similar
- Experience in program planning and process improvement
- AS or AA degree or equivalent, BS / BA highly desired
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and Visio or other mapping tools
- Six Sigma certification
Where is the client site that I would be working for? You will be working in Alexandria, VA. Address disclosed after your clearance is verified. This position is onsite 5 days a week.
