Security Supervisor - Captain

Summary

Provides first line supervisory capabilities within the Security/Courier Services Department to meet and achieve organizational goals and departmental objectives.

• Submits accurate written reports and documents findings of investigations.
• Greets and provides assistance to patients, visitors, and employees at entrances and exits.
• Provides effective leadership and guidance for Security Department personnel.

Experience:

• 3-5 years

• High School / GED

• Valid Driver's License with ability to be cleared by Fleet Safety (driving record review required).
• Maryland Security Officer Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• IAHSS Supervisor Certification preferred, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Pay Range: $20.06 to $30.09 Based On Experience
