The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEIF/the Fund reserves the right to modify the job responsibilities listed below.Serve as the primary point of contact for pathologists for autopsy servicesLead all transportation coordination and routinely communicate with funeral directors, pathologist coordinators, pathologist assistants, and transport agenciesAssist in growing our forensic pathologist network and public health networkManage partnerships with funeral homes, transport companies, and pathologistsDevelop partnerships and collaborations to further the initiatives' objective, including attending conferences and conducting research for potential partnershipsSend letters, consent forms, and documentation to relevant partiesMaintain multiple data tracking spreadsheets for yearly reporting, including but not limited to budget monitoring, expense tracking, and financial reporting, and inputting information in project management platformsEnsure billing matters, invoices, and reimbursements are properly and timely dispersedAssist with case management and intake as needed based on the volume and complexity of cases as well as on a monthly basisManage intake as neededManage any additional team members assisting as the initiative expandsAssist with onboarding and task delegation of interns and volunteersSupport and strategize with Director and other team membersCollaborate with team members on ways to streamline new ideas, offerings, and growth of the InitiativeCollaborate with other departments and administrative staff as needed.Attend departmental and other meetings as required.Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.CORE COMPETENCIESDemonstrate strong organizational and time management skills with the capacity to be highly task-oriented.Demonstrate personal compatibility with and commitment to EIF/the Fund's philosophies and mission while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.Demonstrate the ability to work independently, creatively, efficiently, and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor exhibiting the ability to listen actively and to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing), persuasively, and with confidence.Personable, approachable, and able to build relationships and trust with employees and management.Proactive problem-solving skills.The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining extreme attention to detail and refocus as the job and situations demand.The ability to work within a team and establish strong working relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEA bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education or commensurate experience in lieu of education.5 years of relevant experience, with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in logistics, operations, or administrative roles.Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive information and a clear understanding of privacy.Tolerance for Clinical Realities: Ability to remain calm around discussion or images related to trauma, wounds, anatomy, death, etc.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Business acumen with working knowledge of G-Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Asana.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to work on-site 3 days weekly (Tuesday through Thursday), subject to change.Ability to sit for extended periodsFrequent alpha/numeric keyboardingAbility to use a computerOperate standard office equipmentLift and carry boxes up to ten poundsFile and retrieve documentsSALARY RANGE:$72,500- $78,000EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYEREIF is an equal opportunity employer.
