This role will report to the Strategic Account Manager and work closely to improve sales by delivering marketing campaigns, activating promotional efforts and improving PODS visibility inside of the Military Exchanges. The role will be responsible for maintaining partner contact information, in-store collateral order placements, revenue reporting, and assisting in relationship management and execution of strategic partnership with the Military Exchanges and other Military and Government accounts, with a chance to assist with other partners as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain Military Exchange Locations master tracking sheet with Exchange Points of Contact information and display container tracking informationManage Military Exchange display container programPlace orders for Military Exchange collaterals as requested by Exchange partners or PODS Market ManagersOutreach to contracted Military Exchange Location Points of Contact QuarterlyAudit onsite display container – request photo of display containerAudit in-store collateral presence – seek opportunity to provide additional collateralsUpdate tracking sheet with new contact informationDrive execution of new marketing campaigns with the MilitaryWork with brand team on optimization of Military content across PODS owned and paid channelsPartner with CRM and CX teams to improve Military communication journey and increase Military CSATProcess reporting for Partnership accountsAssist with other military partnership accounts as requestedJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience RequirementsUndergraduate degree in business management, marketing, advertising, economics, business administration or relevant field2-4 years' experience in relationship management or administrative rolesKnowledge of Military infrastructure & experience with Military Exchanges preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHighly organized, able to track multiple workstreamsAbility to maintain a dedication to teamworkAbility to complete the job in a timely mannerAbility to maintain a positive and respectful demeanor with customers, co-workers and management at all timesDISCLAIMERThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature of work performed; the level of knowledge and skills typically required; and usual working conditions of this position.
