Sr. Program Analyst (IMS)

In support of our customer, we are seeking senior-level Program Analysts with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols.General Responsibilities:Provide analytical support in any of the following disciplines: engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management, to include analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, program management, cost, financial, or management analysis, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or productsDevelop and/or review acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, and proceduresSpecific Requirements:Integrate, coordinate, maintain, and provide current schedule activity information related to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/IMSVerify alignment of program IMSs to program documentation, to include the Work Breakdown Structure, IMP, and Statement of WorkUse the approved IMP and IMS to identify gaps, determine program or schedule risks, develop alternative solutions, and provide a recommended path forward to resolve programmatic issues and/or concernsPromptly report problems and recommend corrective actions to minimize schedule delaysDevelop and deliver complete IMS Reports, to include 30/60/90 Outlooks, Variance Reports, Past-Due Reports; and Milestone snapshotsParticipate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision BriefingsEducation/Experience:Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experienceMust hold and maintain an active Secret ClearancePhysical Demands:The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is commonly required to speak, hear, walk, sit, stand and balance; regularly required to use hands and reach with arms. The employee may on occasion lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus with or without corrective lenses.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
