Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the digital engineering toolchain spanning CAD/CAE, MBSE, PLM, and requirements tools.
• Design and implement a secure, traceable digital thread across the product lifecycle for defense programs.
• Integrate disparate engineering systems via APIs, scripting, and automation to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and program teams to translate mission needs into tooling solutions.
• Develop standards, templates, and best practices for model-based and digital engineering approaches.
• Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and configuration management of digital tools and environments.
• Support proposal efforts and technical reviews with digital engineering strategies and roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers on effective use of digital tools, data management, and model-based methods.
