To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote CPC Certified Coding Analyst will monitor and optimize coding and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while serving as a liaison among clinical departments and revenue cycle services.Key responsibilitiesRegularly review billing activities and provide detailed summaries of findings to administration and clinical staffDevelop and implement policies to optimize provider reimbursement and educate staff on billing and coding issuesLead reimbursement projects, perform coding audits, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standardsRequired qualificationsCurrent CPC certification with knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codesBachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or RN with five years of related work experienceProven experience with electronic health records and medical billing proceduresStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex dataDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
