Managing the Clinical Data Section of Revenue Integrity, the full-time Certified Clinical Coding Manager will oversee coding and abstracting medical records for outpatient clinic claims, prepare statistical analyses, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a 100% remote environment.Key responsibilitiesManage coding and abstracting of medical records for outpatient practice clinic claimsPrepare and analyze statistical data from medical records for various reporting needsEnsure compliance with internal and external regulatory agencies related to medical records and billing practicesRequired qualificationsCertification in RHIA/RHIT, CCS, or CPC is requiredMinimum of two years of supervisory experience in clinical codingExtensive knowledge of ICD10 diagnosis and CPT coding, as well as Provider Based Billing practicesAdvanced education in Health Record Administration/Technician/Science is preferredFamiliarity with EPIC, claim edit processes, and encoder software is preferred
