To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Workday Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain reports, configure Workday processes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance system functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analyticsConfigure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security roles, and system functionalityPartner with internal teams to understand business needs and recommend system solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experienceAt least two years of experience as an HR systems analyst or two active Workday Pro CertificationsExperience supporting multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting/AnalyticsAdvanced Excel skillsStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to assess the impact of changes
