Experienced sourcing professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Sourcing Manager, responsible for sourcing new food products and ingredients, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing the demand planning process to ensure successful product commercialization.Key responsibilities:Source and qualify new ingredients and co-manufacturers to enhance product quality and cost efficiencyManage product briefs from concept through production, including specification development and pilot runsNegotiate pricing, terms, and volume commitments with suppliers while maintaining compliance with food safety standardsRequired qualifications:5-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or product commercialization within food manufacturing or CPGProven track record of managing co-manufacturers and taking food products from concept to productionDemonstrated negotiation skills related to pricing and commercial termsWorking knowledge of food safety regulations, including GFSI schemes and FDA labelingStrong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for cost and yield analysis
