• Collaborate with law enforcement and field teams on critical incidents.

• Provide training and support to store personnel on incident response.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for prosecution efforts.
• Travel as required, including overnight stays on short notice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in investigations, law enforcement, or organized retail crime.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Proficient in report writing and evidence documentation.
• Experience with surveillance and video analysis.

Preferences

• Experience in law enforcement or ORC investigations.
• Completion of PCI, LPC, CFE, or CPP courses.
• Knowledge of Physical Security Equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-analysis tools.
