As experts in healthcare IT experts, Apex is committed to building systems for healthcare organizations to seamlessly communicate and exchange data across different systems and devices.Summary:Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Provide senior acquisition program management and strategic acquisition analysis.Develop acquisition strategies, milestone documentation, program briefings, schedules, risk products, and decision papers.Apply Materiel Requirements/Capability Development, PPBE, DoDI 5000, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework processes.Support ACAT medical programs and integration of medical product development with DoD acquisition processes.QualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Defense Acquisition System.DoDI 5000 series / AAF.PPBE.Requirements/capability development.Acquisition Systems Engineering.Acquisition strategy and milestone documentation.Risk, schedules, LCCE/TEMP/LCSP-related documentation.Minimum Qualifications:Expert-level knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.Working knowledge of capability requirements development, PPBE, and organizational acquisition policy.Ability to develop executive-level acquisition documentation.Ability to work independently.Travel: Up to 20%Preferred Qualifications:Current/recent DHA PAE MP acquisition incumbent.DAWIA or equivalent acquisition training/certification.Medical product acquisition experience.FDA-regulated medical product familiarity.ACAT program experience.Pay and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is $95,000 to $130,000.At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
