Summary

Strategic Integrator PositionServes as a Strategic Integrator within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Transformation (DT) Directorate.Manages high priority, enterprise-level special projects that require extensive external synchronization. Coordinates cross organizational challenges to ensure alignment with broader DoW objectives.Assesses (DoW) policy actions for (DLA) implications, identifies major management and planning problem areas, and integrates cross-organizational activities (including supply chain and operations) into Enterprise-wide policies.Works with counterparts to mitigate risk, test internal controls, and institutionalize innovative industry best practices.Coordinates plan development, publication, training, and execution monitoring with HQ and field stakeholders, reporting progress against (DLA) objectives to higher-level management to ensure target audiences are reached.Supports one of the four branches within DT (Performance Improvement, Strategy, Governance, or Guidance) in addition to strategic integration support.Provides program support to assigned division, serving as the subject matter expert for assigned functional areas and related issues.
