Socials and local favorites are planned at various points, with large events at the beginning and end of your internship.Access to Senior Leaders: Senior leaders are involved in the internship program from day one, delivering trainings, presenting on firm business, weekly leadership calls, and even attending socials.Training: Virtual and in-person trainings to get interns onboarded and connected with the company globally.Mentorship: Interns have a mentor and buddy to help answer any questions and work alongside during your internship.Responsibilities Assist customers, brokers, and IBs (Introducing Brokers) while acting as an intermediary between internal StoneX departments such as risk, compliance, accounting, operations, legal etcUnderstanding the pre-trade risk controls and capabilities of multiple front end trading platformsUnderstanding and utilizing StoneX internal platforms such as MyStoneX, Engage, Position Manager, Salesforce, and Power BIAnalyze customers daily PNL, margins,Run sample portfolios for potential clients using StoneX back-office systemsMonitor and assist with client margin and funding issuesPrepare and assist marketing and internal documentsBegins to develop a current knowledge of the laws and regulations that pertain to the CES.Keeps abreast of new developments in the field their internship is in.Maintains a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.Properly handles client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary.Monitor and correct any trade breaks or errorsAddress last trading day positions with clients, communicating with Risk and Compliance regarding action to liquidate a client's positionThis list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.Qualifications St oneX Essential QualificationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretionSound verbal/written communication abilitiesEffective interpersonal skillsSense of urgencyHonesty, curiosity, and tenacityStrong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detailThe confidence to failEarly Careers RequirementsPursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2027 and August 2028 (entering penultimate year of university)Available for a June 2027 start date for an 8 – 10-week programProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)Must be authorized to work in the US for any employerHiring Salary Range $20.00 - $40.00/hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
