The position involves maintaining confidentiality, conducting investigations, and ensuring proper communication with staff. This is a full-time role, requiring flexibility and strong decision-making skills.Qualifications - Education & CertificationMinimum high school diploma plus some college courseworkAssociate's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.Qualifications - ExperienceMCOLES certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification.Previous law enforcement or security experience preferred.Qualifications - Skills/KnowledgeStrong communication, investigation, and report-writing skills.Ability to make quick decisions and maintain confidentiality.Sample Job ResponsibilitiesRespond to emergency and non-emergency calls.Supervise and investigate incidents, maintaining professionalism under stress.Conduct thorough investigations and write detailed reports.Apply state and federal law provisions and department procedures.$20.13 - $24.01 an hourHourly rate based on CCLPI salary schedule.
