Providing administrative and operational support for online membership programs, the fully remote Membership Program Specialist will manage customer inquiries, process memberships, and assist with project management tasks while delivering excellent service to members.Key responsibilitiesProvide level 1 customer support for online membership programs, handling inquiries via phone, ticketing system, and emailProcess new memberships, renewals, and payments, while creating and updating member accounts as necessaryAssist with project management tasks related to platform migration and conduct online product demos for clientsRequired qualificationsCollege degree preferred or equivalent work experienceFour years of experience in an operational or administrative roleStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent technical skills and working knowledge of CMS, CRM, LMS, and eCommerce platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office
