Summary

Sr. Acquisition LogisticianAbacus Technology is seeking a Sr. Acquisition Logistician to support the planning, development, implementation and management of a comprehensive, affordable and effective systems support strategy at Robins AFB. This is a full-time position.Responsibilities:Assist in producing or reviewing documents for program office use that support the breadth of acquisition and sustainment logistics efforts.Support the program office during Materiel Solution Analysis, Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction, EMD, Production and Deployment, and Operations and Support phases, to include all milestone activities.Assist with the planning, managing, and coordinating the total cradle-to-grave life cycle logistics support for assigned weapon systems or subsystems, integrating separate functions of supply, maintenance, procurement, and quality assurance into logistics activities required to sustain the system fielding.Assist with monitoring functional and organization compliance with milestones and performance criteria.Assist in the coordination and integration of taskings.Assist in the continuous evaluation of the status and effectiveness of program support in all functional areas to ensure adequate support plans and accurate time phased schedules.Assist in the development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans as well as systems acquisition requirements analysis.Assist in the management, monitoring, evaluation, and coordination of ILS implementation.Qualifications: 15+ years experience in acquisitions including at least 5 years working in a DoD environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
