ARS employees are motivated through our industry competitive benefits package, our awards and recognition program, and personalized attention from ARS Senior Managers.Responsibilities include:Determine requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish the mission of Program Support, Government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance to plans, and to modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulationsResearch ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to productionSupport government counterparts in the development of solutions to program issuesOversee the allocation of resources based on program requirementsStaff SAMP, APB, 70-1 documents for projects, combat evaluation, and studies, staffs FM worksheets for AF9 and DD448 funding, spend plan build development, market surveys, writes technical evaluationsOther duties as assignedQualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibilityCertifications: DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency IAW the PWS (DAWIA level II equivalent), and in the Program Management fieldEducation: Bachelor's degree in Acquisitions, Business, or related fieldYears of Experience: Minimum 10 years working in federal government classified acquisition projects to include:Experience preparing technical evaluations, ADM, SAMP, PB, FM worksheet, program protection plan, annual spend plan builds, PowerPoint Briefings processes, and government contracting processes.All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
