Summary

Managing the operations of the Fraud Investigations department, the full-time remote Fraud Investigation Manager will develop policies to prevent fraud, collaborate with business partners and authorities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Key responsibilitiesLead the Fraud Investigations team to ensure timely handling of alerts and casesDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate fraud risks and protect the credit union and its membersCollaborate with law enforcement and external vendors to resolve fraud cases and recover lossesRequired qualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentMinimum of five years' experience in BSA/AML, privacy, and identity theft prevention, with three years in a supervisory roleCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) or comparable certificationsIn-depth understanding of fraud types, prevention strategies, and relevant regulationsStrong analytical skills for assessing fraud-related data and making recommendations
