DutiesProvide continuous accreditation consultation, assisting in implementing performance improvement systems, and serves as an advocate for the Joint Commission.Consult, coordinate, and facilitate improvement initiatives utilizing process improvement methodologies in order to maintain processes that constantly meet or exceed accreditation requirements.Facilitate the identification and development of standards of practice and service that are customer focused and fiscally sound.Use information management systems for monitoring inputs, processes, and outcomes in patient care.Design tools for ongoing self-evaluation against nationally recognized standards.Develop metrics, data collection methodology, data analysis, synthesis, and reports utilizing statistically valid methods and provides graphical displays of data that result in process and system analyses.
