To support a growing wealth management practice, the full-time New Client Acquisition Specialist will identify potential clients for financial advisors by developing leads, screening prospects, and setting appointments, all while working remotely across the continental United States.Key responsibilitiesProduce sales results by developing and qualifying leads and setting appointments for financial advisorsCommunicate the company's value proposition and service offerings in partnership with the Marketing teamUtilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, record interactions, and input new client opportunities accuratelyRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience in Financial Services with a proven track record in outbound sales and exceeding goalsSeries 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferredStrong phone presence and communication skills with knowledge of financial planning practicesFamiliarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
