Job TitleHelpJob Description:Handle emergency and non-emergency calls using automated processes such as dispatch software, emergency communication networks, and multi-channel two-way radio systemsRespond to incoming 911 emergency calls.Maintain accurate status of assets to ensure the safety of responders and vehicle accountability.Operate communication equipment and database systems such as crash phones, Language Line, Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD).Monitor the installation/facility integrated alarm system to dispatch appropriate response.Provide initial Incident Command support until responding emergency units arrive on scene.
