Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst – TS/SCI Clearance w/CI Poly Required Location Chantilly, VAJob Description Leffler Consulting is seeking a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to join our team in Chantilly providing support to national security satellite and ground systems. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.Duties EVM analysis of space and software intensive systemsAssist contractor program teams in implementing the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) deliverable (where applicable)Assist Government program offices in understanding how to evaluate, analyze, and interpret IPM data in the new IPMDAR reporting schema (where applicable)Integrating technical performance with technical performance metrics that drive objective performance measurement (BCWP) and analysis of predictive EACsIndependent evaluation of Contractor EVM system(s) and use of modern data driven methods and toolsAssist Government program offices in preparing for and conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)Provide oversight and implementation guidance related to Program replan and Over Target Baseline / ScheduleDeveloping independent estimate(s) at complete (EACs) and integrating with the government budget buildIntegrating IPM analysis with cross program analysis, cost estimates, Government EACs and other cross program analysis activitiesPerform other duties as assigned to support corporate initiatives, including but not limited to bid and proposal tasks such as resume reviews and technical writing.Required Education Required Experience 11 years of EVM experience, preferably in the DoD or Intelligence CommunityExperience with performance analysis toolsExperience with COTS tools, such as Empower and Tableau preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Project, and Excel (pivot tables and macros)Excellent analytical skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsDesired Education Refer to “Required Education”Founded in 2001, Leffler Consulting is a women-owned small business (WOSB) headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia.
