Independently conducting complex and high-risk investigations, the full-time Senior Analyst - Complex Investigations will manage multi-account, multi-entity cases across AML, Sanctions, and Fraud domains, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely or onsite in various locations.Key responsibilitiesConduct complex investigations and analyze transactional, KYC/CDD, and open-source information to reach defensible conclusionsDraft clear and complete SAR narratives and documentation that meet regulatory standardsServe as a technical resource and informal coach to less-experienced analysts, contributing to continuous improvement initiativesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Accounting, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in BSA/AML, Sanctions, or Fraud investigations, including complex casework and SAR filingCAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred; advanced certifications (e.g., CFE, CFCS) are a plusStrong command of financial-crime typologies and transaction monitoring systemsDemonstrated ability to independently investigate multi-account and multi-entity matters
