Duties

- Identifies potential and actual problems, probable causes, and provides recommendations for resolution.
- Researches a variety of issues, gathers statistics and information, and reports findings for the full scope of a program or function.
- Monitors, reviews, and evaluates operations and interrelationships with other functions regarding workflow, work redundancy, or systemic problems and provides recommendations to higher levels analyst(s) or supervisor.
- Verifies completeness of controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures, guidelines, and formats.
- Revises procedures, guidelines, and controls as a result of changes in higher level procedures or as instructed by analyst(s) or comparable positions.
