This position plays a key role in supporting client operations by monitoring properties, deterring security incidents, responding to concerns, and ensuring compliance with site-specific policies and procedures.The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently. Whether you are experienced in security or looking to start a new career, this role offers training and development opportunities for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Conduct vehicle patrols and security inspections at multiple client locations.Monitor properties and facilities to identify security, safety, or maintenance concerns.Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls in a timely and professional manner.Enforce client policies, site procedures, and security regulations.Observe and report suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual incidents.Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.Perform additional duties as assigned.What You'll BringRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Valid Nevada driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.Clean Motor Vehicle Report with no speeding tickets, accidents, or moving violations within the last three years.Ability to work 2nd shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.Ability to obtain any required state security licensing and certifications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsPrevious security experience.Professional driving experience.Experience working in customer service, hospitality, public safety, or a related field.Familiarity with incident reporting and mobile patrol operations.CPR, First Aid, or other security-related certifications.Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and observation skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to remain calm and effective during emergency situations.Dependability and strong time-management skills.Safe driving practices and vehicle operation skills.Ability to follow post orders, procedures, and company policies.Effective report writing and communication skills.Why Join SecuritasWhen you join Securitas, you become part of a global organization committed to your success.
