Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Court Operations Associate will manage court clerical work related to orders processing in Civil and Family matters, including Guardianships/Conservatorships, while working primarily onsite at the courthouse with potential for flexible scheduling and remote work.Key responsibilitiesPerform varied court clerical work involved in order processing using MNCIS and other related systemsEnsure confidentiality and compliance with local, state, and federal statutes and court rulesAssist Judicial Officers with access to court documents and maintain the accuracy of court recordsRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentOne year of relevant job experience, including customer service or administrative workKnowledge of court procedures and legal terminologyAbility to adhere to policies and procedures related to Civil, Family, and Guardianships/ConservatorshipsCompetence in using electronic tools, including Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
