Position SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated and experienced Acquisition Analysts for our large U.S. Army SETA contract at Fort Belvoir, VA. Application to this position includes pre-hire assessments in general cognition, technical aptitude, communication, and soft skills.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with product line acquisition managementAssist with development and drafting of acquisition strategies, plans, and other acquisition documentsCoordinate taskings and deliverables across the acquisition process and life cycle phasesAssist with preparation and staffing of milestone documentationAssist with determining contracting strategy, preparing contracting documents, coordinating contracting activities, and contract oversightParticipate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrationsAssist with preparation and management of program budgets and schedulesAssist with preparation of Supply Requests Packages to DLA, and help manage product transition from PM to DLA or Army SustainmentAssist with cost, schedule, performance, and risk assessmentAssist with contract deliverablesRequirementsBachelor's degree with > 12 years of relevant experienceCurrent SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)Acquisition career specialization in program management, contracting, or life cycle logisticsKnowledge and demonstrated skills in:Product Life Cycle ManagementAcquisition and contracting documents (to include J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, and D&F)DODD 5000.01 and DODI 5000.02JCIDSCost analysisWAWF, iRRAPFT, and GFEBSAdherence to program's teleworking policy of camera on and professional attire (smart casual) while working remotelySpecial NoteThe position is contingent upon candidate's ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.Benefits and CompensationAt MAG Aerospace, we value your contributions providing our employees with a robust Total Rewards package that supports your total well-being.
