Hiring Eligibility List and be a minimum of 21 years of age.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university orAssociate Degree (or have earned minimum 60 credit hours) from an accredited college or university orHigh school diploma with at least two years of prior employment in law enforcement, residential/specialized care, or a detention facility.All employees hired under this waiver have five years to complete their degree from an accredited college or university.
