With the critical decisions made in our defense and intelligence community every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. At EverWatch, you'll use your industry knowledge to conduct GEOINT analysis and target development in support of Joint Targeting operations and intelligence missions. We're seeking your advanced advisory skills to join our Geospatial Intelligence and Targeting team to help deliver creative solutions to complex problems.As a Targeting Analyst, you'll bring your geospatial analysis, research, critical thinking, and intelligence analysis expertise as we uncover patterns, assess complex intelligence problems, and provide actionable intelligence to support mission objectives. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team using advanced GEOINT tools and geospatial technologies to develop and refine target intelligence products.On our team, you'll develop intelligence products using advanced GEOINT methodologies, photogrammetric analysis, target development standards, and geospatial analytic techniques to uncover patterns within complex intelligence data. You'll provide the client with support for the planning and execution of Joint Targeting, intelligence collection, and target development operations. You'll use critical, information‑based research and analysis to relay findings to operational planners and decision‑makers.You'll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings through technical collaboration, target development expertise, GEOINT tradecraft, and mentoring fellow analysts that drive mission success.Collect, analyze, and deliver geospatial intelligence that keeps people safe while supporting critical defense and intelligence missions.Join us. The world can't wait.QualificationsYou Have:15+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis with experience in remote sensing, geospatial analysis, or all‑source analysis5+ years of experience supporting the Joint Targeting CycleExperience with the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and Intelligence support to the Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP)Experience using GEOINT software such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGISExperience applying photogrammetric principles and techniquesExperience executing or supporting target development in accordance with JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01DExperience conducting basic, intermediate, and advanced target developmentActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examHS Diploma or GED and 20+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis, or Bachelor's Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, or Geography and 15+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis, or Master's Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, or Geography and 10+ years of experience in Intelligence AnalysisNice If You Have:Experience with commercial visualization softwareExperience using Microsoft Office SuiteExperience presenting intelligence findings at community forums, symposiums, or other technical briefingsPossession of expert research and technical writing skillsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphCompletion of Army (or service equivalent) 35G/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty trainingGPC‑II Imagery CertificationClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $62.50 to $69.72 per hour.
