Job DescriptionJob Title: SOF Targeting AnalystJob Category: IntelligenceTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCIEmployee Type: Regular-Rotational TravelerPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 25%Type of Travel: LocalThe OpportunityAs a CACI SOF Targeting Analyst you will provide deployed, embedded and reach back support directly to a SOF customer where you will be responsible for developing intelligence products and building support packages to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks and enabling DoD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.ResponsibilitiesWhile deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length. While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed. You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.Minimum Education RequiredHigh School/GEDPreferred EducationBachelorsRequired QualificationsTS/SCIExpert knowledge of UAS technologies, capabilities, limitations, and operational employment.Demonstrated ability to evaluate UAS and select appropriate platforms based on technical and operational requirements; strong knowledge of UAS markets, manufacturers, suppliers, and emerging technologies.Deep understanding of test and evaluation, experimentation, operational assessment, or threat-replication activities.Knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting processes sufficient to translate technical requirements into executable acquisition actions.Understanding of resource management, budgeting, and requirements prioritization.Ability to manage competing requirements for scarce resources and recommend allocation priorities.Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop enterprise inventory, demand, and utilization metrics.Ability to integrate technical, operational, acquisition, contracting, logistics, and resource-management stakeholders.The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is$94,400 - $198,200City*: ArlingtonState*: VirginiaJob_Category: EngineeringJob Code: Engineering EngineeringAffiliate Sponsor: CACI International IncSalary Range: $75,000-$100,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
