School Crossing Guards work before and after school, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Typical schedules are 2 hours per day. Candidates working both assigned shifts receive additional paid bonus time, with up to total daily earnings of $57.00.

Every morning and afternoon, School Crossing Guards help create a safer route for students walking to and from school. As a School Crossing Guard, you'll become a familiar and trusted presence in your neighborhood while helping children cross the street safely.
What You'll Do
• Assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings
• Help maintain safe traffic flow around schools
• Watch for changing traffic conditions
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers
• Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to stand during scheduled shifts
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Applicants living in or near Walnut may be better suited for the scheduled shift times.
Schedule Expectations
This is a very part-time position with shifts before and after school. Candidates seeking full-time or midday hours may not find this schedule to be the best fit.
