Responsibilities

Assist the teacher in group instruction prescribed by the teacher, provide individual instruction, and demonstrate various instructional activitiesCorrect students' work while in progress, keep students on task and report student progress to the teacherPrepare visual aids and duplicate materials, organize materials at the end of each day, distribute and collect instructional materialsServe as a proctor during testing, assist in grading student's papers as instructed by the teacherFile data according to regulatory requirementsSupervise students in the classroom and other locationsEnsure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations related to servicesSubmit reports as requiredMaintain neat, accurate, current, and complete records and reports in a standardized company formatRequirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)At least 60 college credits hours in any subject (required)Experience working with children with special needs (preferred)Experience working in a classroom setting (preferred)

Compensation details: 19-22 Hourly Wage
