Summary
Casino Surveillance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
- Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
- Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
- Monitors all non-gaming procedures
- Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
- Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
- Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Environmental Working Conditions:
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
Target Salary:
- Target Salary Range $16.50

Experience:
Preferred: Read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong organizational and decision making abilities Above average math skills. High School graduate or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer/employee service skills Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time. Ability to work with arms above your head for prolonged periods Ability to lift up to 25 LBS. Ability to work at heights above 10 foot high. Able to sit for extended periods of time. Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations. Able to work flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays. Visually able to define color. Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
