Summary
Reed College seeks a collaborative, student-oriented librarian to provide leadership with digital scholarship, data-intensive research, and quantitative-focused liaison areas. In this position, you will oversee the electronic thesis submission process, participate in digital collections support, and collaborate on digital scholarship initiatives. You will work closely with students, faculty, and library staff across disciplines, leading support for data-driven research, data-intensive coursework, and finding and using data sets. The Digital Scholarship librarian is a research and instruction librarian, serving as subject liaison to departments focused on the use of data and quantitative analysis. One of 6 liaison librarians in the highly collaborative Research Services department, you'll work on an intensely student-focused team responsible for academic support, instruction, and outreach.
