Business Intelligence Analyst The Center for Elders' Independence is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the elderly) organization (PO) that uses an interdisciplinary team approach for care planning and implementing purposeful high quality, affordable, and integrated health care services to the elderly. Our elderly meet PACE requirements as prescribed by CMS and are referred to as participants. Our PO includes Adult Day Health Centers and primary care clinics, promoting participant autonomy, quality of life and the ability for individuals to live in their communitiesTHE POSITION The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Data & Analytics team by developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions— including SSRS, Power BI, and regulatory submissions. This role requires strong technical expertise, healthcare regulatory knowledge (CMS and State), and the ability to integrate and analyze data across fragmented clinical and operational systems such as Salesforce and eClinicalWorks ( eCW ). The analyst will play a key role in enhancing data governance practices and contributing to the creation of a unified data foundation.SALARY RANGE The annual salary range for the Business Intelligence Analyst position at Center for Elders' Independence is $95,721 to $145,496. Placement within the range is determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data, consistent with CEI's annual compensation review and established compensation practices.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports supporting leadership, operational, clinical, and regulatory needs.Produce accurate, timely leadership, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables.Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights that support auditability and regulatory readiness.Work extensively with data from Salesforce, eClinicalWorks ( eCW ), and Claim systems ; u nderstand and map data flows .Perform data analysis to validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across disparate sources.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDesign and develop new reports , and o ptimize existing reports / dashboards to improve usability, performance, and accuracy.Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.Support data governance initiatives by contributing to data standards, definitions, and quality rules.Help establish a unified data foundation and improve data reliability across the organization.Work closely with data engineering to ensure consistent and accurate data ingestion.QUALIFICATIONS 7 + years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.Strong hands ‑ on experience with:SQL Server / T ‑ SQLSSRSPower BIDemonstrated expertise with healthcare reporting, especially:CMS regulatory reportingState-level medical/clinical reportingSolid understanding of data integration, data modeling, and interoperability concepts.Excellent analytical, problem ‑ solving, and communication skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience supporting data governance programs or enterprise data initiatives.Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows and clinical terminology.Background in a mission-driven or healthcare organization.The above job description is intended to communicate the general function of the mentioned position and by no means shall be considered an exhaustive or complete outline of the specific tasks and functions that will be required.
