Summary

Duties

If selected at the GS-13 level, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity.

Leads Task Force Support Office's (TFSO) Human Capital Program strategy development and implementation and oversees alignment of human resource assets with organizational plans and operations.

Serves as the senior policy advisor to the Support Division Chief and TFSO Director and supports the overall personnel management and administration of the human capital goals and objectives.

Addresses complex administrative and human capital management issues such as workforce development, succession planning, quality of work life, allocation of resources (financial and human), research portfolios and the TFSO Director's priorities.

Performs short and long-range planning and development of organizational strategies as it relates to administrative operations, recruitment and staffing, budgets, operating plans, and organizational structure.

Research and investigates new or improved business and management practices for application and develops management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology.
