Description Provide advanced analytical support for aperformance strategy and analytics team for a university medical system. Lead complex business intelligence projectsworking with department leaders and business owners to enhance clinical andbusiness processes and support quality and performance improvement. Provideadvanced data analysis and data solutions based on clinical, financial, andother data sources using analytical tools. Organize analytics teams to collectinformation, provide support for clinical dashboards, provide performance improvement-relatedinformation to committees and groups, and provide analytics support for settingand tracking clinical goals in collaboration with senior executive leaders, andprovide analytics support on projects related to the development and executionof performance strategies and objectives. Perform quality assurance andvalidation on data and deliverables. Provide training for junior team membersin the department, including mentorship and participation in curriculum building.Salary Range: $98,200 - 214,600 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science,business, engineering or a related quantitative field. 18 months of experiencein job offered, or as a data analyst, data engineer, or a related occupationaltitle. Demonstrated advanced proficiency in SQL, including window functions andrecursive queries, as well as in Python or R for data science. Demonstratedexperience applying statistical analysis and quantitative methods inhealthcare settings. Demonstrated experience indeveloping interactive dashboards and creating data visualizations using PowerBI and Tableau. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills demonstratedthrough expertise in mathematical and statistical methods, includingmultivariate analysis, time series forecasting, hypothesis testing, andexperimental design and optimization techniques. Demonstrated knowledge ofMachine Learning & AI, including supervised and unsupervised learning(e.g., regression, classification, clustering), natural language processing(NLP), and ensemble methods (e.g., Random Forest). Demonstrated expertise in businessand strategic analytics with proven ability to perform predictive modeling toforecast business outcomes and conduct customer segmentation and lifetime valueanalyses. Demonstrated experience developing simulation models in a healthcaresetting. Experience overseeing all phases of project management. Demonstratedexperience completing projects that require critical thinking andproblem-solving. Demonstrated experience working with Excel and PowerPoint. Experienceworking independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines formultiple projects with shifting priorities. Demonstrated ability to effectivelycommunicate in oral and written communications.
