68R Health Care SpecialistNow Hiring Full Time Regular Army Positions
Job Overview:
Build a meaningful career in health and public safety as a Health Care Specialist in the U.S. Army. In this role, you will receive specialized training and hands-on experience protecting the health of Soldiers and their families by helping ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of food and other consumable products. You will develop technical skills in food inspection, quality assurance, sanitation, laboratory sampling, food safety, and public health standards while evaluating products and facilities for conditions that could affect human health. You will also gain experience documenting findings, identifying potential hazards, and recommending corrective actions. These skills provide valuable experience for civilian careers in food safety, quality assurance, public health, regulatory compliance, and inspection while supporting the health and readiness of the Army.
Requirements:
Attend paid Army training to gain skills and certifications in food safety inspection, sanitation processes, laboratory sampling techniques, public health assessment, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance.
Advanced certifications available with additional fully funded Army programs.
