About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Partner Acquisition Specialist to join our Partnerships team during a critical growth phase. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships, you will divide your focus between two vital functions: building and activating new agency and regional wholesale partnerships, and delivering exceptional, ongoing account support.

This is a builder's role in a growing startup. You'll have real ownership over relationships and processes, collaborate to build scalable experiences and the chance to directly impact Foxquilt's distribution across North America.

● Evaluate, route, and onboard prospective agency appointment requests; identify direct appointment growth opportunities

● Manage directly appointed agencies to hit revenue targets, ensure contract compliance, and track KPI dashboards

● Support product expansion initiatives: gather partner feedback, and collaborate with Product and Underwriting teams on product improvements that respond in the market

● Opportunity to own integration operations – SSO and APIs

● Serve as a point of contact for retail agents and wholesale brokers via phone, chat, and email, alongside the partnerships team

● Provide commercial insurance expertise across General Liability (GL), Professional Liability (PL), and Business Owners Policies (BOP), guiding partners through guidelines, declinations, and quote follow-ups

● Process policy management transactions in Applied EPIC (new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations) with speed and precision, as needed.

● Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate partner commission payouts and operational execution

Enablement & Cross-Functional Growth

● Plan and deliver partner webinars, training modules, and educational materials

● Gather and report partner feedback to internal Product and Underwriting teams to drive platform enhancements
