Business Intelligence Analyst
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data & Analytics function within the CFO organization, supporting enterprise analytics and data-driven decision-making.
This role serves as a strategic bridge between data and business decisions, transforming complex and raw data into meaningful insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and performance across reporting and analytics.
- Translate complex data and analytics into clear, compelling narratives and actionable business insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Support the continued development of a data-driven culture and advancement of enterprise analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Strategy, and other business teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI and SQL.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into insights that support business decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R.
- Exposure to the broader Microsoft analytics ecosystem, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure.
- Experience supporting Finance, Operations, or Corporate Strategy functions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
