- Lead the development, alignment, and execution of comprehensive IT enterprise strategic initiatives, acquisition strategies, and technology roadmaps synchronized with the mission.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams across a global operational footprint, delivering capabilities that span cyberspace operations, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data/AI workforce elements.

- Minimum 3 years of experience within the last 10 years building, operating, securing, defending, and extending LAN/WAN systems involving wireless components, firewalls, routing/switching, IPv6, VPN, cloud, and virtualized services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the last 7 years supporting unified communications/VTC across Unclassified, Secret, and TS/SCI environments.
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the last 3 years leading teams operating CI/CD pipelines using modern containerization, micro-segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 5 years leading legacy-system migration into multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 7 years leading personnel developing or implementing data lakes and modern data architectures.
