Project Analyst – Active Secret Clearance

About the Role
This position supports an Office of the Chief of Staff and works across diverse internal and external stakeholders. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, cybersecurity program support, data analysis, reporting, and communications.
The Project Analyst will work as part of a team to organize and track initiatives, consolidate information from multiple workstreams, support decision-making, and help ensure projects and cybersecurity-related initiatives remain aligned with customer requirements and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Organize tasks, track progress, gather information, and support the execution of cybersecurity initiatives
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to support reporting, recommendations, and decision-making
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesis, and translation of information
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and other executive-level deliverables
• Track project schedules, action items, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates on project status
• Gather requirements and assist with developing workflows, use cases, process updates, and other project artifacts
• Identify project gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential issues and escalate them appropriately
• Prepare action-oriented meeting materials, including notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements
• Support stakeholder interactions and engagement activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and align related workstreams
• Coordinate multiple project efforts while managing competing priorities
Required Qualifications
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD)
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in cybersecurity, stakeholder engagement, communications, project coordination, or a related field
• Active Secret Clearance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, technologies, and mission requirements
• Familiarity with project management concepts; coursework or certifications are a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Desired Qualifications
• Self-starter who can take initiative, ask clarifying questions, and work effectively under direction
• Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly to different audiences
• Federal consulting experience, particularly in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any domain
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects or workstreams with competing priorities
