The Program Specialist- Data Systems is responsible for managing and coordinating the data systems, digital tools and operation processes that support the Community Care Hub. This position will look after data integration, database administration, contract administration and compliance activities.What are the Specifics (or at least some of them):Data Management and ReportingMaintain the database platform, integrating data from delivery partners, ensuring data integrity and resolving system issuesDesign and develop dashboards, reports and metrics to support the programContract Management and ComplianceUse your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage delivery partner contracts and developing tracking systems and tools to monitor complianceTrack and monitor HIPAA compliance and safeguard information and maintain program integrityPartner Support and Relationship ManagementProvide technical support and guidance to delivery and referral partnersTrain new facilitators and partners on program standards and expectationsDigital Systems, Tools and Website AdministrationDesign, update and troubleshoot content on the program's website to ensure accuracy and usabilityCreate, review and maintain digital forms to support data collection and workflow processesThis position may work from the field and having access to reliable transportation daily to travel throughout the greater Chicagoland area (city, suburbs and collar suburbs) is required.Experience and SkillsWho are we Looking for-- Someone with:At least 2 years of experience in data collection and analysis, database management, and website management.At least 2 years of experience in research or program planning in social services as well as developing program evaluation tools.Associate's degree in social sciences, human services, public health, data systems, business admin or related area if no job experienceDemonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.Strong, demonstrated project management skills and experienceDemonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills required.
