In-Person, Hybrid, or Fully Remote Full-Time $50,000–$60,000/year Flexible, based on client needs, court schedules, and leadership responsibilitiesPillars of Wellness is seeking a skilled, confident, and visionary clinician to serve as the Court-Involved Services Program Lead . This role is ideal for an experienced provider who is passionate about working at the intersection of mental health and the legal system, while leading and growing a specialized program serving court-involved individuals .As Program Lead, you will oversee and expand the court-involved Services Program, which provides mental health services mandated by courts, probation, child welfare, or other legal entities. This includes conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, ensuring compliance with court requirements, and maintaining clear, professional communication with legal stakeholders. Along with Overseeing the supervised visitation program, coaching clinicians for court appearances and coordinating multiple providers providing multiple service types for interconnected clients.In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Program Lead will maintain a reducedResponsibilities Lead the court-involved Services Program, supporting both clinical excellence and professional growth of the team.Provide individual and/or group therapy and assessments for court-involved clients when appropriate (e.g., probation, custody cases, reunification, parenting classes, and mandated treatment).Ensure timely and accurate completion of court-required documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries.Prepare for and, when necessary, participate in court proceedings, including providing professional testimony or consultation.Maintain clear, professional communication with court personnel, attorneys, probation officers, social workers, and other referring entities.Ensure program compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards related to court-involved services.Facilitate group consultations and provide clinical guidance to team members working with court-involved populations.Collaborate with agency leadership to define program goals, outcQualifications Associate or fully licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LPC, or equivalent).Demonstrated experience working with court-involved populations, forensic mental health, or court-involved treatment services.Strong working knowledge of court systems, legal processes, documentation standards, and mandated reporting requirements.Experience writing court reports, treatment summaries, and/or conducting forensic or court-related assessments strongly preferred.Ability to confidently and professionally communicate within legal settings, including potential court testimony.Clear understanding of ethical considerations and boundaries when working with court-mandated clients (e.g., dual roles, limits of confidentiality, informed consent).Prior leadership, supervisory, or program development experience strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and support clinicians.Ability to work independently and collaboratively withinPerks and Benefits Pillars of Wellness is a dynamic and innovative mental health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care while fostering professional growth for our clinicians.
