Summary
Part-Time Firefighter/Paramedic
The Oak Forest Fire Department is taking applications for part-time, certified firefighter/licensed paramedics. Current hourly rate is $20. Part-time firefighters/paramedics work 12- or 24-hour shifts.
Do I Qualify?
To qualify for consideration the applicant must possess the following certifications/licenses AND attach the appropriate paperwork to the application email reply:
- Illinois Certified Basic Operations Firefighter or Firefighter II
- Illinois Licensed Paramedic
- Valid Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) qualification with ladder climb endorsement, within the last 12 months
- Current CPR card
