The incumbent helps ensure that maintenance activity data is accurate, consistent, and applied effectively in daily operations. This role requires a detail-oriented, technically skilled individual who can assist users, manage system processes, and support policy development that shapes maintenance standards across the state. The incumbent also contributes to developing DOTD's new Level of Service (LOS) method, which will guide future performance-based budgeting.
