We are actively looking for an experienced Pega Smart Investigate Consultant with strong expertise in Pega frameworks, case management, and enterprise application development.

Required Skills:

✅ Hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate (SI)

✅ Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC / Infinity Platform

✅ Experience designing and implementing complex case management solutions

✅ Expertise in workflow automation, integrations, and business process management

✅ Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions

✅ Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience

Preferred Certifications:

✔ Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Highly Preferred

✔ Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) – Strong Plus

✔ Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)

✔ Pega Certified Business Architect (CPBA)

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Pega Smart Investigate solutions

Configure case management workflows and business rules

Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems and external platforms

Participate in architecture reviews and solution design discussions

Support testing, deployment, and production readiness activities

Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
